Hi, we're Misty and Cody- your local husband-and-wife real estate power duo based in Godley, Texas. With deep Texas roots, a house full of kids (three daughters to be exact), a pack of fur babies (five dogs, two cats, and zero regrets), and a whole lot of experience between us, real estate wasn’t just a business move- it was a lifestyle shift.

After nearly two decades in high-level leadership and coaching roles, Misty took the leap into real estate to build a life with more freedom, purpose, and time for the people who matter most. As a natural problem-solver, straight-shooter, and fiercely committed mom, helping families find their forever homes just made sense.

Cody, a former teacher and coach, seasoned home inspector and Realtor, brings an unmatched eye for detail and a calm, no-BS approach to every transaction. He doesn’t just walk homes- he knows them inside and out, which means our clients get the real scoop before they commit to anything.

Together, we offer a one-two punch of guidance and grit, backed by local know-how and a passion for helping others take their next step confidently.
